The fixed per-entity deposit parameters from earlier versions — Trust Registry Deposit, Credential Schema Deposit, and DID Directory Deposit / Grace Period — were removed in spec v4. The Ecosystem (ec) module no longer charges a trust deposit for ecosystem operations (trust_registry_trust_deposit is reserved and removed per spec), and the former DID Directory module was replaced by the Digest (di) module, which stores content digests and exposes no deposit or grace-period parameters. Trust deposits are now driven proportionally by the Trust Deposit (td) module's trust_deposit_rate (see below).
