traverse_response_ParticipantRef

Minimal Participant reference. state carries the current lifecycle state; non-ACTIVE records are retained while referenced per [[TG-ACT-1]] and are returned by traversal with their state. validatorParticipantId anchors the VALIDATED_BY: Participant → Participant edge (the parent node in the permission tree); it is null if and only if role = ECOSYSTEM (the chain root, per [[TG-EDGE-4]]).
