/v4/verifiable-trust/changes

WebSocket-companion catch-up for the Verifiable Trust subscribe stream. Returns the same change envelopes as the /v4/verifiable-trust/subscribe WS block messages, compressed: blocks with no subscribed change are omitted. Use after a disconnection or a detected gap, looping with nextFromBlock until it is null.
