Trust Registry Query Protocol v2 authorization predicate (ecosystem -> corporation). Answers whether entity_id (a corporation DID) is authorized by authority_id (an ecosystem DID) for action on resource (a VPR schema URI) at a given time. Derived from ACTIVE Participant entries. Request/response use the upstream ToIP TSWG TRQP schemas verbatim; the response additionally carries an optional top-level verana breadcrumb object as described by the Verana TRQP profile descriptor (GET /v4/trqp/v2/profile).
