Trust Registry Query Protocol v2 recognition predicate (corporation -> ecosystem). Answers whether authority_id (a corporation DID) recognizes entity_id (an ecosystem DID) as authoritative for resource (a VPR schema URI) at a given time. Action-invariant in v4: the answer is true iff authority_id is the controlling Corporation of entity_id AND resource is a Credential Schema governed by that ecosystem. Request/response use the upstream ToIP TSWG TRQP schemas verbatim; the response additionally carries an optional top-level verana breadcrumb object as described by the Verana TRQP profile descriptor (GET /v4/trqp/v2/profile).
